Job ResponsibilitiesDelivery towards customer in liaison with Process HeadMeeting customer expectations and targets in terms of Contractual obligationsProductivity/efficiency metrics proposals, implementation, and follow-upDevelopment & implementation of strategies to ensure customer satisfaction & retentionMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust strategies as neededPlan & strategize Transformation Initiatives to meet customer expectationsManaging Account EBITDA and P&L MarginsKnowledge of principles and processes for providing best-in-class customer support servicesExceptional leadership and mentorship abilitiesKnowledge of managing Healthcare Operations both Voice and Non-Voice channels12+ years' experience in Customer Service domain with a minimum of 5-6 years in Healthcare Domain with knowledge in Complaints Handling and Compliance, Regulatory IssuesSuperior communication (oral, written), presentation, and interpersonal skillsEffective client managementExperienced in setting goals and driving objectivesDemonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements including technology and performanceGraduate of any DisciplineExperience of 12+ yearsKnowledge and experience in US and Global Healthcare is an advantage
