This role is vital in understanding client challenges, NCC Group's portfolio of cyber security services and how these can be combined to develop our client's cyber security maturity.
The Opportunity: Cyber security professional services, consultancy and assessments, such as penetration testing, threat modelling, controls assessments and maturity reviews are increasingly vital to all organisations. NCC Group are experts in the provision of cyber security assessments and advice, and in applied security research. In support of our growth, NCC Group are seeking an Associate Technical Architect to join our professional services cyber solutions team.
Key Accountabilities: Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including both proposals and methodology literature, to ensure the solution proposed by NCC Group meets the client's requirements.Liaising with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign off process (QA).Triage of client requirements to ensure the correct resource is assigned to support technical scoping opportunities.Gathering information and ensuring a comprehensive scope of requirements is understood and can be communicated back to the customer.Working across a range of clients in a centralised manner to provide technical solution support to multiple opportunities.Acting as an escalation and support team for delivery consultants when they engage with customers in a solutions capacity.Requirements: Proven ability to read technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD).Proven ability to manage client interactions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong document-writing skills.Ability to provide technical guidance to quality assurance processes.Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.Presentable, confident, proactive, articulate.Behaviours: Ability to manage time and work to deadlines with strong prioritisation skills.Ability to influence others to meet project timescales.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.Ability to understand technical engagements.Willingness to learn and ask questions.About NCC Group The NCC Group family has over 2,200 members located all around the world, providing a trusted advisory service to 15,000 customers.
