Associate- Seafreight Export

Knows how to handle end to end process for Export Shipments (SEA)
- Filing of AES /Shipping Instructions to the coloader/Shipping line
- Uploading of necessary documents for Export such as Commercial Inv, Packing List, SLI
- Preparation of draft HBL's, pre-alerts
- Sending pre-alert to the destination agent/offices
- Sign-offs on bookings handled after making sure all revenue/costs are correctly updated

**Other Details**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding as a Customer Service and with experience on Documentation Clerk/Associate
- Knowledge in Sea Cargo Movement is required, basically in Export Department
- With experience handling US accounts/ USA Timing
- Exposure to global technology platforms and experiences in working with multi-cultural teams

- Willing to learn and Improve
- Willing to work in Nightshift Schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
