Associate Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary: Core Responsibilities
Communicate and drive system and process enhancements, application training, and ongoing super user support. Co-ordinate across other members of the Sales Operations Analyst team to ensure integration of solutions. Participate in projects when they arise to ensure on time completion and that user requirements are met. Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to manipulate and analyze data for patterns and trends that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate.  Ensure effective data management and reporting on key business metrics, developing thoughtful analytics and delivery of meaningful insights required by the business.  Investigate root causes of issues and work with internal stakeholders to address them.  Perform assigned individual project tasks as well as contribute to the completion of team tasks; assists other team members in completion of high priority tasks when necessary.  Systems support – become proficient at using internal tools for reporting and analytics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
