Associate Sales Director

The Associate Sales Director is responsible for recruiting a Sales Team; manages, trains, monitors, and motivates all sales force under his/her jurisdiction; coordinates with superiors in implementing the marketing activities by the company; supervises all downlines and ensures that sales quotas set forth by management are met regularly; closely monitors and evaluates all sales force performance and ensures timely submission of management required reports; develops individual sellers and maintains a productive relationship with accredited realty firms and brokers; develops regional contacts for generation sales; participates actively in regional events to ensure corresponding sales production are achieved.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or equivalent.Work Experience: Minimum two (2) years solid managerial working experience in sales, sales planning, and marketing in the real estate industry.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledgeable in sales processes; equipped with managerial skills; computer literate; skilled in public relations; able to adapt and absorb any movements that the department requires.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
