Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Korn Ferry located in Taguig, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying, assessing, and attracting top talent for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting candidate sourcing and screening, assisting with interviews and assessments, and providing support to the recruitment team. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or agency environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism and integrity Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English, both written and spoken " Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Human Resources Human Resources Professional (Work-From-Home) National Capital Region, Philippines 1 linggo nakalipas
