\n What You'll Be DoingUnderstand the company SOP, how to read and create JD, and able to source using the right keyword (boolean, etc) for junior to middle role.To achieve 1 placement per month with a minimum of 7500 SGD / quarter (Untrained recruiter).Acquire to get 9CVs/4 Interviews per week. Who We Are Looking For Develop innovative recruitment strategies, including recruitment events and career talks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to proactively source and screen potential candidates.Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with team members to enhance existing recruiting procedures and processes.Act as a positive ambassador for our company brand at all times while upholding strict confidentiality. Requirements:Minimum 1-year experience in RecruitmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with recruiting trends and best practices.Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace challenges.
