Associate Qa Engineer (Automation)

Core Responsibilities
Reviews and validates requirements and technical specificationsDevelops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer conversationsDocuments results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product qualityCollaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organizationSupports, designs, develops and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processesManages testing efforts across a 1 – 2 projects under tight deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degreeWith at least 1-year quality assurance experience in Agile Development environmentsFamiliarity with Agile Software Development MethodologiesExperience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills is an advantageA team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development teamAbility to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environmentStrong communication (verbal /written) and listening skills who can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.Strong problem solving and organizational skillsCan work with a team and confident to work independently with minimum supervisionIntellectual curiosity with willingness and desire to learn a new environment and tools to advance your own knowledge of the platform
