Associate Producer (Urgent Hiring!)

- Discusses with the Director the agency brief and does initial research on the requirements of the board. Assess the requirement of bid structure with the director and EP vis-à-vis schedules and requirements to mount and produce the project.

- Draw up work plan and project timetable including post execution.

- Provides creative support in terms of visual pegs and other reference materials (to be assisted by the PA) as required by the director.

- Provides EPs their assigned director's schedule. Provides EPs with update on the director's activities.

- Documents production agreements during all meetings and presentations and properly relay this to the EPs and PMs.

- Suggests freelance staff to be assigned to the project who will best suit the requirements in consultation with the director.

- Represents the company during feasibility and pre-production meetings with the Directors locally and in the region.

- Ensures all requirements are ready prior the shoot. Gives proper briefing to the concerned PM on overall project requirements and budget.

- Ensures production expenses are within the budget to avoid overruns.

- Discusses with the post producer all post requirements to ensure that all agreements and expectations are met.

- Attends the post production.

- Ensures that PMs submits liquidation of project advances on time to adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Does other jobs as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
