Role Purpose:
The Associate Paraplanner's role is to support the business and external network of financial planners in the development and construction of financial advice through the provision of formal documentation based on a Statement of Advice (SOA).
A SOA summarizes the goals and objectives of a consumer looking for financial advice and outlines the client financial planner's recommendations to achieve them.
The Associate Paraplanner must use their accounting or finance degree to specialize in advice development and increase their knowledge and expertise in financial planning and wealth management.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide quality, compliant and timely Paraplanning services to advice network.
- Develop and implement Statements of Advice (SOA) using the Xplan financial planning software.
- Prepare high-quality and compliant SOAs and other advice documents on behalf of the client financial planners.
- Prepare basic and comprehensive SOAs and other advice documents dealing with various mainstream strategies (e.g., Transition to Retirement, Income Streams, Wealth Creation and SMSF).
- Specialize in advice development to build knowledge and experience in financial planning and wealth management.
- Ensure Paraplanning services are in accordance with licensee's standards and Paraplanning service standards are met.
- Develop a good working knowledge of various tax structures.
- Develop and maintain high level financial planning software skills.
- Meet and exceed individual productivity targets.
- Build and reinforce a constructive and high-performing culture (individually, and collectively as a team member).
- Gain proficiencies in using the Xplan financial planning software.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any equivalent.
- Experience working in the field of Financial Services is preferred.
- Completion of Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (ADFS) or demonstrated success in continuing ADFS studies is also preferred.
- A Diploma of Financial Services (DFS) is a plus.
- Must have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
- Can effectively interact with client financial planners - verbal and written.
- Has strong financial and analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Can work within a team environment while also meeting individual targets.
- Must be knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and flexible.
- Willing to be assigned in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
