Associate Operations Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Operations Manager located in Iloilo. The Associate Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and guiding a team of employees, analyzing data and creating reports, and developing and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications Minimum of 4 years experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry Experience in operations management, process improvement, and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools Experience with customer service and project management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
