They are responsible for fielding inquiries such as but not limited to training completion, transcript issues, curriculum troubleshooting, consultation, reporting, and learning assignment. They may also be involved with training administration activities such as managing events and sessions and logistics.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities- Assist with inquiries on course assignment, completion, reporting, evaluation on the Learning Management System (LMS) platforms used- Troubleshoot LMS errors or issues in the learner or administrator experience- Provide consulting services to course owners on setting up their learning objects in the platform- Provide training administrator services such as creating sessions and events, managing participant information, creating and compiling evaluations, and pulling report and data.- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards- Good time management and ownership of deliverables- Good organization skills and able to prioritize workload- Has strong judgment and high integrity- Ability to handle multiple projects- Experience in Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD)
