Associate - Learning and Training

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responds to training-related inquiries and requests in the ticketing system
Administers the Learning Management System, including uploading and testing modules, managing learning content, user profiles, training catalogs, curricula/training assignments, scheduled learning programs, online learning assessment, and training surveys
Troubleshoots, researches for solutions, and resolves issues in the LMS; partners with IT on addressing technical issues
Organizes learning events, workshops, eLearning sessions, and other training programs
Collaborates with the training coordinator on managing training programs
Participates in process improvement studies and initiatives
Escalates more complex issues to senior team members

WHO YOU ARE

Has a bachelor's degree or advanced education in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Knows training administration processes and understands learning technology, authoring tools, SCORM, and AICC standards
At least one year of experience working with learning management systems or similar technology
At least one year of experience working with ServiceNow or similar technology
At least one year of experience working in online customer service
Has excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrates ability to analyze and solve problems
Has excellent people skills and team orientation
Has strong focus and time management skills
Can meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion
Can efficiently prioritize work while providing good customer service
Preferred but not required:Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors
Knowledge or experience in learning/training methodologies and facilitation,
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Power Apps
