Associate Lawyer

Estrada & Aquino Law is looking for an Associate Lawyer to add to its roster who shall undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
Meets with clients and understands the issues for possible actions and remedies;Attends and personally handles corporate accounts of the clients;Diligently prepares for trials, hearings and participates in all legal proceedings;Updates clients regularly on hearings, meetings, and other developments;Provides general legal guidance and support;Conducts thorough research and gathers all information relevant to a case;Drafts transactional documents, contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;Works with minimal supervision;Adheres to the attorney-client privilege.Requirements Candidate must possess the following:
Member of the Philippine Bar;At least 1 year work experience in related field preferably in a law firm;Persuasive communication skills and proficiency in English;Ability to comprehend complex matters and identify applicable laws and jurisprudence;Exceptional organization and time management skills.
