Job DescriptionDescriptionPosition Overview: The Associate Lawyer will represent clients in court cases, prepare legal documents and provide various legal services to the Firm's clients.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts and legal opinions.Represent clients in court appearances, conference and negotiations within and outside Metro Manila.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and respond to clients' legal queries.Interact with judicial, quasi-judicial and government offices.Offer clients legal counsel and assistance on a range of matters.Oversee case files and make sure cases are progressed efficiently and on time.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement legal strategies.RequirementsMust be a member of the Philippine bar.Must be willing to practice in all fields of law, with emphasis on civil and criminal litigation.Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience is preferred, but not required.Working LocationVBVA Law, Unit 4F, 2, Future Point Plaza III, 115 Mother Ignacia Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
