JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding. Handles employment and benefits-related inquiries from applicants and employees, and refers complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Conducts admin hearing and represents the company from any DOLE/NLRC cases Performs routine tasks including but not limited to benefits and leaves inquiries, employee concerns, etc. Handles end to end clearance processing Maintains digital and electronic records of employees. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Business Administration in HR or any related courses With at least 6 months HR experience in all facets Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively via phone or in person Can work independently and a good team player at the same time With good organizational and time Management Skills With good communication skills and Ability to Multi-task Goal and detail-oriented Willing to face challenges and open to learnings Computer Literate familiar with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint applications Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedule (may be assigned at night shift) Can start immediately About Continuum Global Solutions, LLC Continuum Global Solutions partners with top companies around the world to deliver customer care services through its global network of contact centers.
