JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.Support incident identification and resolution activities.Monitor and manage servers, networks, and Cloud systems.Document technical issues and resolution steps.Assist in automation and continuous improvement projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field.Interest in IT infrastructure, networks, and Cloud support.Foundational knowledge in server management and databases.Strong troubleshooting skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
