In this capacity, you will help support and maintain our product configurator, working through user issues, reflecting changes and improvements, and ensuring that our customers have a good experience specifying what they need from us. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will: Troubleshoot product configuration issues experienced by our users. Update business system-related products, including item creation and update, enabling of parts, item attributes, and categories, and application of templates. Address basic configurator issues such as rule troubleshooting, publication issues, item common, and attribute issues. Conduct quality assurance analysis and testing of configurator changes to address actual orders for booking. Participate in projects related to the configurator through rule writing, loading, testing, and publication. For this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any Engineering degree with a programming course in the curriculum. 1 year of relevant support experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic programming principles. Who you are: You have an innate desire to help ensure that our customers have the best experience using our configurator to specify and order products by providing timely and quality support for their issues and concerns. With analytical skills and an interest in logical thinking, you help troubleshoot issues being experienced by our users, providing solutions while ensuring the quality of our work positively impacts the overall user experience for our customers. You are interested in delving deeper into the numerous facets of our business and networking with people to find the best possible solution or a person who can give the right input to address our customers' concerns.
