Details of the offer

• Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment. 
• Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.
• Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients including ad-hoc task(s).
• Initiate Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation related to reporting standards and guidelines.
• Establish a proactive and harmonious communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
• Manage end-to-end complex reporting projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the reporting team.
• Assist in the onboarding of new team members and facilitate basic reporting work overview.
• Provide more detailed administrative support as needed by the Direct Supervisor.
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national organization
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for 
this position.
• Preferably 3-5 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Reporting or 
equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft office/Power BI. Strong MS Excel skills. Basic to 
advanced knowledge in Power Query is an advantage.
• With excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline.
