Job Description
Back-office Ticketing

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with MIS team and submit the required data for validation
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders and ensure all the stages (doc submission, asset compliance, ID verification, transfer, remote access etc.) of employee onboarding is complete
• Ticket management (email, chat) of issues raised by employees as well as program managers regarding process, status, tools etc.
• Prepares weekly reports and summary of the Onboarding data and progress
• Demonstrates a willingness to help
• Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures

Desirable Skills
• Effective interpersonal skills; personable, diplomatic, flexible, patient
• Knowledge on ticketing tool.
• Familiarity with, or the capability to rapidly acquire trouble shooting skills
• Sound knowledge of personal computers and their operating systems or the capability to acquire this knowledge rapidly
• Good Typing Skills
• Good communication skills required
• Ownership and commitment to problem resolution
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong Organisational skills
• Flexible for 24x7 environments with shifts (5.5 days a week)
• Completed atleast 2 years in College
