Responsibilities Own the HR Operations function, executing key processes throughout an employee's life-cycle, this includes but is not limited to reference checks, preparation of employment-related documentation, assisting with employee relocations, etc. End-to-end Payroll processing for our employees in Hong Kong, working with internal & external parties to deliverpliant, timely & accurate payroll services. Once settled, scope to expand coverage across Hex Trust's other locations including Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, etc. Process monthly invoices for consultants including verifying hours, calculating payments, and submitting for approval. Administer HR programs for employees as required, including Group Health Insurance. Maintain the integrity of our HR data & systems via data audits, updates, queries and reports as required. Support a culture of continuous improvement by constantly reviewing processes & systems, and suggesting changes to deliver faster, better, and smarter results. Contribute to employeemunications from HR to ensure updates and/or new requirements are clear and well received. Support other HR team members as required on cyclical exercises across in the areas ofpensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Culture & Engagement. Requirements You will have 2-4 years of Payroll and/or HR Operations experience. You will already have a solid understanding & working knowledge of Hong Kong employment, retirement, and tax rules & regulations. If you currently manage, or have exposure to overseas payroll processing in Dubai, Singapore, or Vietnam, it will be advantageous. We are a very diversepany with many cultures & nationalities, and an excellentmand of spoken & written English is a must. Numerically & technically savvy, you will befortable working with HR & Payroll systems, in addition to being proficient with Google and/or MS Office. As you'll be working on payroll, timing & accuracy is key so being someone with great time management skills and a high level of attention to detail is a must!
