YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Responsible for timely and accurate support of specific controlling activities according to standard process documentation (Authorizations and Support).
•    Provides support to the Controlling Community on controlling activities, reports and tools.
•    Ensures that Actuals, Forecast and Budget data are properly reported with high quality and agreed timing (Data Quality Checks).
•    Promotes a proper communication with the corresponding Controllers.
•    Execution of Controlling Services activities according to best practices.
>Realize activities with a medium level of complexity.
>Support on the roll-out of Reporting Tools for the Actuals, Forecast and Budget process.
>Assure that deviations are identified, explained, and corrected where needed
>Assure that service requests are answered in first instance, with high quality and in time.
>Contribute to the reporting of financial data for Actuals, Forecast and Budget according to the best practices in place.
•    Contribute to process and knowledge improvements for the activities assigned
•    Preparation and Analysis of KPI deviations and corrective measures
•    Participate in department additional assignments.

WHO YOU ARE

•    Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
•    Preferably with experience in any of the following:
o    Management Reporting / Financial Data Handling (including customer perspective)
o    Controlling Data Analysis & Financial Master data Management
o    Cost Accounting processes (Value Flow and/or Product Costing & Inventory Valuation)
o    Other accounting related processes
•    Good communication skills (written/spoken).
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel knowledge
•    Demonstrated teamwork spirit
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Analytical, proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up
•    Good in interpersonal, issues handling and organizational skills
•    Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
