SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower is seeking an Associate to join the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Regional Operating Headquarters in the Philippines.  This position reports to the PMO Manager and works with various PMO experts and process owners under the Global Business & Finance Services (GBFS) organization. This is a project-based position for 5 months.
\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupports the administration of companywide initiatives on robotics, process automations and improvements related to the Finance & Accounting processesCollaborates with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projectsFacilitates and monitors the progress of reports rationalization and projects list Tracks, reviews, and summarizes status reporting for Stage Gate projects, Change Request processes and other various projects with adept understanding of overall risks and issuesProvides management reports covering: Overall progress and health of projects; Status of milestones and deliverables; Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks; and Operational efficiency and project performanceDocuments accurately the project plan and milestones from definition to post launch reviewsAble to initiate or suggest improvements and simplifications to various processesAble to support quick wins on process enhancementsHighly flexible in shift assignments as needed to support the work requirementsAssists in other duties as assigned and delegated  RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSCompleted Bachelor's Degree in any fieldAt least a year of working experience in PMO, Technology, or Accounting is an advantage.Knowledge in Excel Power Query or macros is a plus.Strong analytical and project management skills requiredCapable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneouslyOrganized approach and able to work under pressureAble to lead and engage with IT, Process Managers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter ExpertsValue-centric, proactive, effective, and efficientStrong adaptability to align with change; independent, self-starter and highly agile to complete projects in a timely manner and under minimal supervision or directionExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and executives.Excellent organizational and technical skills#LI-Remote 
OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATIONLocation: ROHQThis is a Project Based position.Applicants must be willing to work in Binan Laguna.Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines.Applicants must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays).Applicants must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region.Willingness to travel and occasionally work off hours during certain audits (due to time zone differences).Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed).
