YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely and accurate processing of activities related to transfers of value in line with the EMEA & APAC transparency code (e.g., data maintenance, data correctness, data completeness)
Manage Communication with Local Disclosure Manager & Global Process Owners.
Handling of issues and queries from internal stakeholders.
Attend sub-team meeting and provide valuable input
SD Update for countries handled
Contribution to continuous improvement or project activities
Facilitate the following LMS elements - WBS, Team Meeting
Participate in a working group
Compliance with policies and procedures.

WHO YOU ARE

Graduate of any business related course, background in Accounting is an advantage or event management.
At least 1 or more years professional experience particularly in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement.
Event & Disclosure Management knowledge will be a plus.
Good in MSO applications.
Knowledge in operating SAP applications
Experience in a corporate set up, preferably in shared service organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues and management
Flexible and team player.
Good work attitude, dedication and accuracy.
