Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, a related field or equivalent experience. Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, search and social platforms. Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and audience building. Proficiency in reading campaign analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have:
Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns. Previous work in an agency environment. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms. Light copywriting skills particularly for PPC and social platforms. What will you do? Campaign Strategy and Execution Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives. Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and other social and search platforms. Audience Building and Targeting Utilize advanced audience building techniques to reach and engage target demographics. Implement retargeting strategies to nurture and convert prospects. Creative Development and Activation Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Ensure that creatives align with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Landing Page and Lead Capture Optimization Work with the design and development teams to build optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Implement effective lead capture strategies, including forms, CTAs, and user flows. Performance Analysis and Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics tools. Generate regular analysis on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
