Job Objectives: Provide excellent dental care services to patients within the established scope of operations and available resources.Manage all aspects of clinical issues and ensure the clinic maintains optimal operating conditions to deliver our promise to patients. Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical: Provide consultation services, diagnosis, and dental services to patients, including basic dental procedures and special cases based on capacity, skills, and experience.Educate patients on general oral health care and post-operative procedures.Consult with the Dental Director or authorized mentor to prepare treatment plans for complicated dental cases.Promote other services offered by the clinic during consultations based on patient needs and upsell opportunities.Supervise and mentor junior dentists and Dental Assistants, ensuring adherence to operational regulations.Establish proper infection control protocols in the clinic.Accurately record all relevant information, findings, and discussions with patients on the patient chart for future reference. Administrative: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure staff compliance with established regulations.Implement company policies, procedures, and clinic protocols.Maintain optimal synergy among facilities, equipment, staff, and logistics to serve patients effectively.Ensure proper accounting and reporting of all company properties in the clinic.Maintain contact with suppliers, contractors, building administrators, and utility companies to minimize clinic downtime during emergency situations.Monitor staff performance and compliance with company rules and regulations.Resolve work-related problems or concerns of staff and issue reprimand memos for violations of operational regulations.Handle patient complaints, notify superiors, and implement remedies as directed by the Operations Officer or Dental Director/authorized mentor.Recommend and propose plans to increase sales and public awareness.Generate reports as directed by the Head Office.Inform front desk personnel of the patient's treatment plan for follow-up and scheduling purposes.Approve petty cash requests and ensure the proper management of cash collection, including depositing/remittance within established accounting regulations.Manage customer payments effectively.Approve stock replenishment requisitions based on operational needs.Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
