Objectives: To deliver the best dental care service to patient within the established scope of operations andavailable resources; To manage the entire scope of clinical issues and ensure the clinic is in goodoperating condition conducive to deliver our branch promise to our patients.Qualifications:Bachelors DegreeOpen for licensed fresh graduatesOpen for full & part timeLicensed dentist Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Provides consultation services, diagnosis and provides dental services to patients such as, but not limited to, basic dental procedures and special cases based on capacity, skills and experience;Educates patients on general oral health care and post-operative procedures;Consults with the Dental Director or authorized mentor in preparing treatment plan andcomplicated dental cases;Promotes other services that the clinic offers during the consultation based the needs of thepatient and upsell;Supervises and coaches junior dentist/s and Dental Assistants within established operationalregulations;Ensures that proper infection control is established in clinic.Records accurately all relevant information whatever findings/discussions with patient on the patient chart as sales and clinical references of the future. Admin Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and supervise staffs adherence established operations regulations.Carries out, models out and implements company policies, procedures and clinic protocols accordingly.Ensures facilities, equipment, staff and logistics are in optimum working synergy to serve our patients.Ensures that all company properties in the clinic are accounted for and defects/loss are reportedwithin 24 hours.Maintains contacts of suppliers, contractors, building administrator, utility companies to lessen thedowntime of clinic created by equipment in need of repairs during emergency situations.Monitors staff performance and compliance to company rules and regulations;Resolves work related problems or concerns of staff and issues reprimand memo on violations of first-level established operations regulations;Handles patients complaints, notify superior of such occurrences and executes remedies as directed by Operations Officer or Dental Director/authorized mentor;Recommends/propose plans to increase sales and public awareness.Creates reports as directed by the Head Office.Inform front desk personnel of the treatment plan of patient for follow-up and scheduling process.Approves petty cash request and ensures that the petty cash fund, change fund and sales collection are intact. Cash collection should be deposited/remitted to the depository bank within the scope of established accounting regulations.Ensures that customer payments are properly managed.Approves requisition for stock replenishment parallel to the branch operational needs.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
