**Data Maintenance Administrator**
By joining us as a Data Maintenance Administrator you will be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team of empowered individuals that aims to create value and quality service for our customers.
We are looking for a self-directed and goal-oriented individual seeking a long-term career at Emerson.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining the Customer / Supplier master data of the business groups and should ensure that everything conforms to the standards set by the business.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Validate and verify Company Name and Address through all available resources such as Country specific Postal Service, Address Doctor, Company Website, Web Tools, or additional supporting documents from requestors
- Research on internet and various other systems to help find missing data or verify that standards are correct.
Research to also include customer relationships to enable linkage in Oracle and JDE
- Accurate setup of Customer, Supplier, Bank, Intercompany and Party relationship information in line with the TCA Naming and Convention Rules and Postal Addressing Standards, in accordance with the department SLA
- Process APC - Item Master
**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
- Practical knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite would be preferred.
