Job DescriptionThe Associate Creative Director is responsible for creating a vision and serving as the point of reference for all creative plans. This involves overseeing project development, from devising initial concepts and strategies to monitoring progress until completion in order to achieve the most favorable visual and fundamental outcomes that align with Biocostech Philippines Corporation's brand vision. The role also ensures that each project results in profitability and maximum sales volume for the company, while establishing a long-term vision for the company.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction: Define creative vision and oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high standards and timely delivery of marketing strategies.Draft innovative ideas for branding, marketing campaigns, and other creative projects tailored to the brand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective creative solutions.Provide direction and feedback to the creative team and third-party agency to refine and enhance concepts that aligns with the project vision and standards of the brand.Evaluate the effectiveness of various initiatives and analyze data insights to continuously enhance marketing approaches and provide recommendations for enhancement.Research and Development: Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's identity and messaging across all creative materials.Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends to identify prospective channels and to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.Ensure all design work adheres to the latest digital and social trends and requirements.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, assigned budget, and resource allocation.Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and align with project objectives.Implement the strategic and tactical plans as a liaison for the creative unit, which involves overseeing resources such as external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Effectively and efficiently lead the agencies in developing a clear creative vision and strategy aligned with the brands' objectives.Monitor project status and utilize data-driven insights to analyze and evaluate the performance of agencies.Actively participate in the search for third-party agencies for upcoming projects within the specified time frames and budgets.Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries.RequirementsCandidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related course.With at least three to five years of working knowledge and experience in the related field is required for the position.Experience in the Skin Care industry is an advantage.Demonstrate a level of proficiency in the complexity of social media, writing, project management, and in creating dynamic content.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent project management skills, and can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales.Strong leadership skills and people management.Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
