Job Description Summary:
**Job Description**:

- Primary Function:_- Demonstrates ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Understands the issues that drive customer scorecards or relationship.
- Competency Level:_
- Preferably a graduate of any 4 years bachelor's degree course.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
- Flexible and multi-tasked.
- Major Duties & Responsibilities_
- :_
- Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead times in a designated region
- Ensure customer orders are accurate before being loaded into the systems.
- Manage the progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount.
- Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards.
- Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff.
- Ensure that the company's commitment to environmental management, health, and safety is observed and performed.
- Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.
