Associate Art Director (Cosmo.Ph)

Responsibilities: Provides creative direction for Cosmopolitan's visual assets. Develops concepts for photo and video shoots and collaborates with the team as needed. Establish relationships with photographers and set stylists. Works collaboratively and harmoniously as a teammate both within and outside the editorial team. Art direction of assets including image selection and direction during shoots. Meets with stakeholders to review work in progress and selects desired concepts. Works with internal stakeholders on projects/campaigns from the initial briefing through completion, and collaborates with other departments. Creates cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree holder in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts major in Advertising, or equivalent. Has 2-5 years work experience; agency experience is a plus Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) A strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry Must possess the following soft skills: Has a can-do spirit, with the ability to suggest solutions in the face of hurdles and challenges Attention to detail and highly organized Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity Able to work with teams and independently Desire for self-improvement and upgrading of one's skill sets #J-18808-Ljbffr
