JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide first-line support to end-users via calls.Handle incidents from diagnosis to resolution.Document and report operational issues.Offer recommendations to improve processes.Build strong relationships with clients and partners. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.Advantageous if experienced in technical support.Strong customer service and communication skills.Problem-solving skills to address client issues.Ability to work effectively under pressure.
