JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide first-line support to end-users via calls.
-Handle incidents from diagnosis to resolution.
-Document and report operational issues.
-Offer recommendations to improve processes.
-Build strong relationships with clients and partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
-Advantageous if experienced in technical support.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Problem-solving skills to address client issues.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure.
