What are the Key Responsibilities?

Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources.Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the business.Collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.Analyzes, reconcile, and identify measurable opportunities for improvement. Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved timely.Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniquesDevelop a strong understanding of business requirements, create probable solutions, and present results in a clear and concise mannerProvide guidance and support to junior members in the teamDeveloping and implementing processes to improve to assist in analyzing and interpreting forecast data.Evaluate and identify trends in sales by analyzing industry data from both within the company and external data sources.
What are the Skills Qualifications?

Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3-5 years experience as Data Analyst or a related field.Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Problem-solving and critical thinking mindsetDetail-oriented with strong ability to multi-taskWilling to relocate/work on site in Bulacan in the future
