**LOCATION**
This position is located at our property Amanpulo in Pamalican Island, The Philippines.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Managing all aspects of assigned villas

Designing business plans for assigned villas that suit owners' and resort needs
- 3.
Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards
- 4.
Primarily responsible for ensuring optimal performance of the Villa Management team.
- 5.
Responsible for being the hub of communication for the villas as well as being at the forefront of guest services.
- 6.
To ensure that established service and operating procedures for the food and beverage unit of Amanpulo Villas are achieved and followed through constant training and supervision and control.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manage all aspects of assigned villas

Design business plans for assigned villas that suit owners' and resort needs

Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- 4.
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners and guests'
- 5.
Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- 6.
Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- 7.
Along with the Director of Villas develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
- 8.
Oversee villa management personnel and assess their performance
- 9.
Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- 10.
Update job and market knowledge
- 11.
Assist Villa Director in the management and supervision of the Villas.
- 12.
Acts as a liaison with the Villa Owners, ensuring that their villa operates according to their specific standards or requests with regards to set-up, staffing, and operation.
- 13.
Oversee guests' arrival operations including villa inspections to ensure standards are maintained, club cars assigned to each guest, check guests' international flights, hotel bookings, city tours, etc.
- 14.
Pre-checks guest arrivals with Reservations on special amenities, instructions covering special requests, guest history of repeat guests, and every detail that would help all departments give the best service.
- 15.
Ensures that all in-house guest requests are attended to, activities and services arranged, and every detail checked at the fastest possible time.
- 16.
Ensures that any guest's concerns and complaints are attended promptly and communicated to the Villa Director or General Manager.
- 17.
Assists the Villa Director in the preparation of statistical, performance, and forecast reports as required to facilitate financial annual budget preparation.
- 18.
Assists the Villa Director in conducting comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include a review of procedures and detailed information.
- 19.
Organizes events for requested parties in the Villas.
- 20.
Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all policies and procedures and systems used in each section of the Villa Department, to be able to give decisive supervision to the staff when needed.
- 21.
Performs arrival, departure, and check-in and out procedures.
- 22.
Ensures the delivery of consistent quality customer service.
- 23.
Assigns, coordinates, and supervises work activities of the Butlers, Chefs, Housekeepers, and Housemen.
- 24.
Selects and blocks the rooms for the VIP and Regular Guests.
- 25.
Be fully aware of the current and future dates' general booking situation, especially during heavily booked periods.
- 26.
Assists the Villa Director in employee-related matters such as evaluations, behavior counseling, consulting, and hiring.
- 27.
Oversees Villa maintenance, checklist, and projects.
- 28.
Manages staffing schedules, shift changes, payrolls, and labor costs.
- 29.
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress hygiene, uniform appearance, and posture of departmental employees.
