We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Risk and Control (Contact Centre).
In this role, you will: Oversee risk and controls regionally and centrally in Contact Centre.Provide expert operational risk advice and input, governance and direction for the business or function.Be responsible for the development and maintenance of activities relating to Governance, Conduct, Cyber Security, Reviews and Strategic Planning.Continuously reassess the changing environment and the impact of new technology and changes from the wider Global Regulatory landscape.Work with country business lines, functions and lines of defense to design key measures and tools to ensure control effectiveness.Ensure risk and control standards are considered and incorporated in the initial design of new processes and influencing design of automated & manual controls.Provide controls consultancy, advice and guidance to stakeholders to ensure that new developments/changes are built in controls requirements from commencement.To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Knowledge of Risk Management Framework and Operational Risk management.Knowledge of relevant risk taxonomies impacting Shared Services Contact Centre.Knowledge of Audit Management process (Experience in managing audits is desirable).Strong knowledge of internal control standards and best practices on operational risk management including the ability to assess risk trends.Risk related certifications especially around first line risk management skills/qualifications is an advantage.Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
