Assistant Vice President Of Finance

Minimum requirement will be Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Over 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, local financial reporting standards and tax lawsProficiency in Excel and accounting software, SAP or ERP experience is advantageous.Proven ability to manage multiple financial functions and drive performance improvements.Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Proficient in conversational English, capable of effectively managing English-speaking counterpartsStrong background on cost control, budgeting and financial forecastingExpertise in strategic financial planning and analysis.Superior negotiation and stakeholder management skills.High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks, responsibilities, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and work independently
