Assistant To Career Counselor (Full-Time)

MentorX, a leading career training company based in Irvine, California, is seeking an Assistant to the Career Counselor to join our dynamic VA team.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist career counselors in submitting personalized job application of students to companies.
- Match students' qualifications to potential job openings.
- Ensure that the resumes and cover letters are in proper guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Counselor for all information about the application.
Provide reminders and updates about interview schedules.
- Act as the point of contact of the company on behalf of the student, ensuring quick and professional responses.
- Send reports and updates for the status of the students handled.
Qualifications:
- Has a bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, psychology, education, or business management.
- Preferably with background experience as Human resources generalists or in Recruitment and Job Matching.
- Familiar with the U.S. job market, possessing experience in U.S. headhunting/recruitment, human resources, executive assistant or related fields.
- Possess strong English communication, reading, and writing skills.
-Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
