Assistant To Career Counselor (Full-Time)

As an Assistant to the Career Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the career counseling team in delivering high-quality guidance and mentorship to individuals seeking professional development and landing a job.

Responsibilities:
- Following through with the implementation of career development plans.
- Assisting in the development of personalized job search plans for students.
- Engaging in assistant services for overseas employment guidance consultants.

Qualifications:
- Has a bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, education, or business management.
- Familiar with the U.S. job market, possessing experience in U.S. headhunting/recruitment, human resources, executive assistant or related fields.
- Able to demonstrate strong adaptability and teamwork skills, along with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Possess strong English communication, reading, and writing skills.
