Bookedby is looking for a smart, driven, enthusiastic Assistant Support Manager to join our fast-growing international team.
Assistant Support Manager Responsibilities:
? Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
? Monitoring phone calls and chats of agents and providing feedback on ways to improve the customer experience
? Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
? Measuring agent and team KPI?s
? Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
? Organizing employee schedules.
? Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
? Working closely with the developers, and store manager to lead staff.
? Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.? Assisting customers whenever necessary.
? Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
? Completing tasks assigned by the Business team accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
? Prior technical support experience required?
? Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience specifically from BPO or Software Development industries
? Excellent Communication - English - verbal and written communication?
? Positive attitude, exemplary work ethic, and reliable team member?
? Detail-oriented and high organizational skills with the ability to manage many different responsibilities?
? A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in time-sensitive situations is a necessity?
? Availability must be 7 days per week (2 days rest day). The schedule is flexible based on the needs of the business, but the majority is an overnight shift?
