Job Description:
Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group
business in line with First Life's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
• College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other
related fields.
• Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses.
• At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales).

Ability to:
• Communicate and interact in a professional manner.
• Negotiate/persuade others for the Company.
• Handle rejections with grace and persevere to close an account.
• Supervise sales team and support services.
• Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level.
• Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients.
• Explain and confidently provide answers to queries regarding policy provisions and other related topics.

Salary Range (Php): 20k-25k
