Job Description: Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group business in line with First Life's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.
Qualifications: Education and Experience: College graduate preferably major in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses.At least five years of work experience in the Life insurance business (admin/sales).Ability to communicate and interact in a professional manner.Negotiate/persuade others for the Company.Handle rejections with grace and persevere to close an account.Supervise sales team and support services.Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level.Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients.Explain and confidently provide answers to queries regarding policy provisions and other related topics.
