Job Description:
Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group
business in line with First Life's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
? College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other
related fields.
? Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
? At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)

Ability to
? Communicate and interact in a professional manner
? Negotiate/persuade others for the Company
? Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
? Supervise sales team and support services
? Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
? Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients
? Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
