Assistant Supervisor Job Description
Serves as the program liaison and on-site administrator for recreation programs, activities and special eventsHelps schedule and implement recreation programs, activities and special events.Coordinate and supervise volunteers involved in programs, activities and special eventsParticipate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer supportSupervise and train employeesProvide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Train and develop staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.Motivating and supervising employees.
