Assistant Supervisor

Position: Assistant Supervisor (Sales Supervisor – Group Insurance)
Working Location: Makati
Salary: PhP 20,000 -25,000

Job Description:
Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group
business in line with First Life's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/coursesAt least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)
Ability to
Communicate and interact in a professional mannerNegotiate/persuade others for the CompanyHandle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an accountSupervise sales team and support servicesConduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management levelExplain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clientsExplain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
