Assistant Studio Manager

Location: 5x On-site (BGC)
Shifting Schedule (Morning, Mid, Night)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day studio operations, manage client relationships, and lead our creative team.
This is a key leadership role where you will manage resources, budgets, and ensure the smooth running of the studio while driving continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Studio Manager and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deliver high-quality client work.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and resources to meet short and long-term goals.
- Act as a leader in the studio, ensuring SOPs are followed and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Set daily production goals and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
- Represent the studio during client meetings and sales pitches.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide regular project health checks.
- Lead project management for high-level tasks, ensuring alignment with creative and strategic goals.
- Manage a team of designers, helping them deliver within brand guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in managing operations for a production studio.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML coding.
- Experience in digital design, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
