Assistant Store Manager - Ilocos Norte

Job Purpose:
-Ensures growth and profitability of the company by:
-Providing quality customer and employee support services
-Guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling
-Accurate counter and treasury operations
-Effective supervisions of store's transactions
-Constant monitoring, reordering and transferring of stocks
-Proactive team management and development
-Consistent in reporting sales to management
Responsibilities:
1. Leads in the daily store operations and attainment of the branch sales target
2. Responsible in the supervision, administration, training and development of branch personnel.
3. Responsible for branch compliance and successful implementation of management directives in a branch.
