Assistant Store Head

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Ensures that policies and standards are implemented being the process champion of selling, front end, warehouses operations and clearing procedures
*Market awareness and profiling
*Training and development of people
*Responsible for day to day management of selling area operations
*Ensures implementation of WalterMart standards
*Ensure pricing accuracy
*Merchandising:
*Coordinates with head office merchandising on the requirement
*Monitors competition in the area (5Ps)
*Ensure execution of all promotions (endcap, solution center)
*Marketing:
*On time and effective implementation of promo activation and launching
*Build customer loyalty by ensuring that customer insights are communicated to Head Office and addressed
*Audit and compliance of all promo execution
*Assists the Store Head in total store operations.

Qualifications and Experience

*Graduate of any four (4) years course preferably Business course graduate.
*Should have atleast 3-5 years relevant experience in supermarket or food establishments handling managerial or supervisory position.
*Has comprehensive work knowledge on store management and marketing operations.
*High spirited and exudes positive attitude.
