Assistant Store Head

Duties & Responsibilities: Ensures that policies and standards are implemented being the process champion of selling, front end, warehouses operations and clearing proceduresMarket awareness and profilingTraining and development of peopleResponsible for day to day management of selling area operationsEnsures implementation of WalterMart standardsEnsure pricing accuracy *Merchandising: Coordinates with head office merchandising on the requirementMonitors competition in the area (5Ps)Ensure execution of all promotions (endcap, solution center) *Marketing: On time and effective implementation of promo activation and launchingBuild customer loyalty by ensuring that customer insights are communicated to Head Office and addressedAudit and compliance of all promo executionAssists the Store Head in total store operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate of any four (4) years course preferably Business course graduate.Should have atleast 3-5 years relevant experience in supermarket or food establishments handling managerial or supervisory position.Has comprehensive work knowledge on store management and marketing operations.High spirited and exudes positive attitude.
