Position: Assistant SalesManager Inverter and Instruments
Office location: Makati CityMetro Manila
Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager will handle the distributorsales channels and keep constant volume of orders monthly. Thisposition requires to develop the new business partners and newmarket especially in HVAC business field. The Assistant SalesManager will oversee and lead the activities of the SalesDepartment together with the Sales Manager. He/she will beresponsible for developing and executing sales targets and ensuringthe team's overall success.
SupervisoryResponsibilities: Trains Sales and Senior Sales Engineers.Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customerrequirements and support throughout the Sales Process.Assist the Sales Manager by participating in negotiationsand ensuring feasibility of proposed solutions.Develop and implement effective sales strategies andplans aligned with company goals and objectives. Drive the Department's revenue growth byleading and grow business development. Duties/Responsibilities: Achieve the KPI (Division sales budget targetstrategy). Create new sales leads in themarket build channel base deal with dealers distributors and otherchannel partners build relationship with OEM consultants andcontractors etc. Develop and implement salesstrategies/plans to achieve the Company's target growthsales and profit margin. Prepare monthly salesreport including the forecast for Management review.Conduct competitor's analysisvisàvis business in the territory. Be actively involved in commercial and technicaldiscussion with customers gather customers' requirementscoordinate with factory on customers' needs and submitsolution proposal/s to prospects to maximize salesopportunities Be responsible for endtoendcustomer management and ensure the timely collection ofreceivables. Draft or assist with thedrafting of presentations and other documentation and materialsthat explain products and services to customers.Provide expertise and support to sales team tocommunicate products services and client needs.Be actively involved in commercial and technicaldiscussion with customers with the support of partners. Gathercustomers' requirements and coordinate with factory oncustomer's needs. Conducts solution proposal to prospectsand maximize sales opportunities. Stay updatedon competitors' offerings and industry trends to provideinsights and recommendations for staying competitive. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Knowledge andExperience Possessstrong technical knowledge of Inverters and Instruments (e.g. ServoPLC HMI Transmitter Flowmeter Gas Analyzer etc.).Proven sales track record in Drives and Automationbusiness environment. Strong background indistributors Business for inverters and Instruments.Candidates with multinational company experience is anadvantage. Candidates with site workexperience (e.g. Electrical work testing and commissioning projectmanagement etc.) are preferred. Have goodcontact & network of prospectivecustomers/distributors/consultants/contractors in thePhilippines. Proven experience in senior salesleadership roles with a track record of meeting or exceedingtargets. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills. Personality and personalskills Quick responseto the customer and reporting. Alwaysconsiders the benefits and risks. Highlymotivated dynamic selfdriven flexible and a team playerResultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving salestargets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Excellent presentation skills.Resourceful with the ability to work with multiculturaland crossfunctional teams. Customercentricmindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customerrelationships. Sales acumen and the ability towork effectively with the sales team to meet salestargets. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills both written and verbal. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customersand attend industry events. Education andExperience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or fieldrelated to products and services being sold ispreferred. At least three years of salesexperience in related products is required.
